SLTS0814 Fiber synchronous chip sealer can load and spread three materials at the same time, which can effectively save the construction cost and improve the efficiency. Bitumen, aggregate, fiber are commonly used materials in the road construction , and they can play a very good effect when combined with each other. But when spreading these materials, three equipments are usually needed, which will increase the cost and is not convenient to manage.

1. Main vehicle chassis

The main vehicle adopts Sinotruk HOWO 380/400hp mountain special dump chassis, with strong load capacity and especially adapted to the plateau construction work.

2. Bitument spreading system

Adopt 2 sets of Riello burner heating, high heating efficiency, short standby time. Adopt Belgium Johnson bitumen pump, high temperature and high pressure resistance, stable and reliable performance.

3. Stone chip spreading system

The stone chip spreading system is made up of lifting and double spiral fabricator, with more uniform aggregate spreading.

4.Fiber spreading system

Fiber spreading system adopts modular design, which is more convenient for quick installation, disassembly and maintenance.

5. Auxiliary power system

Equipped with independent Cummins auxiliary engine and imported hydraulic system for higher and more stable construction accuracy.

6. Accurate control

Equipped with dual control of cab automatic control and rear manual operation and HD camera. The nozzle can be controlled separately to adjust the spreading width, and the vehicle can be sprayed when it starts.
