SELEAD bitumen emulsion plant is used to produce emulsions consisting of a mixture of bitumen, water and other additives. These emulsions have a wide range of applications including road surface treatments, road preservation, adhesive coating of bitumen pavement, and a variety of construction and waterproofing projects. A variety of heating options are available to the customer, can produce most of the emulsified bitumen products required in the market.
Highway: spray-type projects such as penetration layer, stick layer, gravel seal layer, etc., mixing projects such as slurry seal layer, micro-surface, cold recycling;
Waterproofing: the production of respective basic emulsified bitumen, such as road and bridge waterproofing materials, liquid coils, etc.;
Anti-corrosion: base coating and emulsified bitumen production of water-based bitumen paint.

Input the amount of asphalt and emulsion through the touch screen operation interface, Industrial computer PLC adjusts the speed of bitumen pump and emulsion pump according to the real-time data of flow meter. Thus, it adjusts the medium proportion of emulsified bitumen and realizes accurate automatic dosing with deviation not more than 2%. Adopt double tanks alternating production mode, both have temperature control system to meet the needs of continuous production.
