SLBE08 Emulsion Bitumen Plant Introduction:

The SLBE08 Emulsion Bitumen Plant is an accurate automatic proportioning version of the universal emulsified asphalt production plant. The human-machine interface inputs the amount of bitumen and emulsion. The industrial computer PLC adjusts the speed of the asphalt and emulsion pumps according to the real time data of the flowmeter to regulate the emulsified bitumen solids content, achieving a precise automatic proportioning with a deviation of no more than 2%. This is a high-end intelligent emulsified asphalt production plant. It can produce cationic and anionic emulsified asphalt and modified emulsified asphalt with an asphalt content of 65% or less.

Emulsion Bitumen Plan Application:

Highway: spray-type projects such as penetration layer, stick layer, gravel seal layer, etc., mixing projects such as slurry seal layer, micro-surface, cold recycling;

Waterproofing: the production of respective basic emulsified bitumen, such as road and bridge waterproofing materials, liquid coils, etc.;
