We have never stopped exploring the methods of road construction. The use of cold recycling of asphalt materials has played a huge role in the socio-economic and environmental protection. Currently SELEAD has introduced a new product that allows to increase the thickness of conventional paving from 20 mm to 60 mm. So that new aggregates can be used, as well as old aggregates after milling and recycling.
By mixing with emulsified asphalt, mineral powder and additives, it can be paved directly onto the road. The functions of a cold asphalt mixing plant, asphalt spreader, dump truck and asphalt paver can be realized in one machine. Save the cost of equipment and at the same time improve the construction efficiency. It is the road construction way to explore the road a very good product.
At the beginning of 2022, our equipment was in the R&D stage. And on July 8, 2022, we went to Jiangxi to conduct cold paving experiments with the construction formula in cooperation with universities, and achieved preliminary results.
On November 9, 2022 we improved the problems of the first experiment, after which we conducted the second experiment. The effect of paving has been greatly improved.
On December 12, 2022, in the presence of many people, we demonstrated the final finished product on the cold mix cold paving truck. Both the uniformity of mixing, the smoothness of paving and the effect after final compaction were perfectly reflected. This experiment marks the test of our equipment and lays a solid foundation for the market launch.
