SELEAD bitumen melting machine is mainly composed of the main body of barrels, platform for putting barrels, integrated device for turning barrels, thermal oil heating system, electrical control system and other parts. The cabinet is divided into upper and lower layers. The upper layer is the barrel bitumen heating part. The barrels of bitumen through the two rails into the track, surrounded by a thermal oil coils. Pipes and bitumen drums mainly exchange heat through radiation, and the bitumen is heated and softened and then flows into the bitumen heating chamber on the lower floor to achieve the purpose of separating bitumen from iron drums. The lower layer mainly continues to heat the bitumen extracted from the barrel, so that the bitumen temperature reaches the pumping temperature (120°C) and then starts the bitumen pump.
Through the bitumen pipeline system, it is pumped from one end of the equipment to the other end for circulation. In this way, both the temperature can be circulated and the water can be dehydrated. Pump it into the bitumen storage tank after basically reaching the operating temperature and no moisture.
