SLBD08 Bitumen Decanter:

SLBD08 bitumen decanter mainly consists of the de-bucketing box, the platform for putting the bucket, the integrated device for turning the bucket into the bucket, the heating system of heat-conducting oil and the electrical control system. The internal part is divided into two sets of asphalt de-bucket heating and asphalt heating.

Working Principle:

The heating part of the asphalt drum is located in the asphalt drum chamber and is surrounded by heating coils. The heating coils are surrounded by heating coils. The heating coils and the asphalt drums mainly exchange heat in the form of radiation. The asphalt is softened by the heat and flows into the asphalt heating chamber, thus achieving the purpose of asphalt de-bucketing. The asphalt heating system mainly relies on the heat-conducting oil to exchange heat with the asphalt through the steel pipe, which continues to heat the asphalt coming out of the drum. So that the temperature reaches the pump suction temperature (110°C).
