SELEAD has an advanced control system. bitumen spraying construction can be carried out directly when the truck starts to drive. The industrial computer can automatically control the spraying volume according to the input working parameters and the data feedback by the speedometer, and can also correct various parameters according to changes in actual construction conditions. Thus accurately control the displacement of the bitumen pump, so that the spraying volume error control in ± 1.5%.
Both manual/automatic control methods can realize individual control of each nozzle, so as to randomly adjust the spreading width. We not only ensure the best road quality, but also minimize the waste of materials and the need for reworking, to solve the problem of high operating costs for you.
The heating system adopts imported burners with automatic ignition and temperature control functions. The heating efficiency is high, and the bitumen in the tank heats up quickly. All nozzles, pipes and bitumen pumps are heated and insulated by thermal oil circulation to ensure that the bitumen is unobstructed, and at the same time to avoid the bitumen aging and burning.
The operator can keep a safe distance from the work area. Dual front and rear operating platforms allow bitumen spraying to be done by one person in the cab. The operator does not have to contact the bitumen directly. The outside of the tank is insulated to reduce heat dissipation and avoid scalding the operator. The bitumen spraying pole adopts a three-section folding structure, and the equipment has warning signs and night lighting. The bitumen distributor has the function of bitumen self-priming, which can realize the transportation of bitumen inside the tank and the self-priming of bitumen outside the tank through the on-board bitumen pump. With automatic cleaning function, the pipes and nozzles are flushed with high-pressure air and diesel, and the pipes and nozzles are not easy to be blocked. And water spraying device to prevent bitumen from sticking to tires during construction.
